by Andrew McDowell
The storm is raging on and on.
So dark it seems until the dawn,
And then we’ll see a sign of hope,
From God above to help us cope!
See the rainbow and every hue.
Even as the Ark did hold true;
Come there shall be a brand new day,
Once the dark storms have passed away!
Steadfast remain against the tide.
But when once more we step outside,
We must remember God above,
When he gives us colors in love.
See the rainbow and every hue.
As the creatures come two by two,
And now we shall begin again,
In faith, by the Lord in Heaven
