Words of The Lamb

As a human
I have to accept that many things I will never know
but I can be certain that most seeds I plant will grow.
That sun sets will likely rise again.
Tomorrow in this life
I will feel pain
love
joy
and sorrow.

And when it’s done it’s a mystery
if any of it will matter.
Because as a human
I can’t solve much.
I just have to live through it
and while the world is creating theories
and trying to prove it.

I choose to observe and plant lavender
smoke marijuana
soak in crystal baths
and write a story.
At times I feel sad that I am human
and I am hopeless
because to spark a change
you have to promote it
and I accept that many things I will never know.
There are evils on this earth
filled to the core with secrets untold
and I’m just a speck expected to be a spark
when I don’t even know who is driving this ark?

But so far
all he can do in the name of free will
is allow me to surrender and accept
that many things I will never know
but I can be certain that most seeds I plant will grow
the sun sets
and will likely rise against tomorrow
and for reasons unknown
in this life
I will feel pain
love
joy
and sorrow.
