Excuse me, Gabriel, is it true,
God’s going to send His Son
the fulfillment of the promise
that He made to everyone? (Gabriel Nods)
It is? Oh, I can hardly wait!
I better tell the others.
I’m sure that every angel
will be thrilled when they discover
that we will be the ones to tell
the world about His Son!
I can’t believe He’s going down
to earth for everyone.
God’s people waited oh, so long,
but when God makes a promise,
He keeps it and it’s coming true!
I must tell angel Thomas.
He’s polishing the streets for God
and his machine is LOUD!
I’m sure God wants all angels there
‘cause it will take a crowd
to fill the sky proclaiming that
God’s baby son is born.
I wonder if it’s going to be
at night or early morn?
I bet it’s going to be at night.
That scene is more dramatic!
Just picture it, a star-filled sky
with angels! I’m ecstatic!
(Gabriel)
Now calm down, Daniel, don’t lose sight
of this important purpose.
Announcing this is not a show,
try not to be so nervous.
Now gather up the angels and rehearse
that Christmas piece,
the one that we’ve been saving
that will be the centerpiece
of this, the greatest Christmas yet.
God’s Son will save the earth
and all of us will tell the world
about their Savior’s birth.
